My fist attempt at making Tibetan Butter Tea. I’ll need to work on the recipe, but it still turned out super interesting with layers of unexpected flavor. I look forward to drinking this in the winter. If y’all don’t know about Butter Tea, this place will give you the good basics.
Also if anyone out there knows a good place to pick up some yak butter for a decent price, I’d be super into that. A lot. Let me know.
